Cancellation Policy

Arrivals: Please note that we lock the studio doors as the class starts. Ensure that you arrive early for your class as we cannot allow latecomers to join. Our doors are open to clients 30 minutes before every class allowing you plenty of time to arrive and settle in before your class. Attire and what to bring: Socks are compulsory for equipment classes (Reformer Pilates, Wunda Chair and Cadillac). You can bring water and a sweat towel with you. For Mat based classes, it is encouraged to bring a yoga grip towel or big beach towel with you but it is not compulsory. Cancellations: Nova Core has a 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24 hour cancellation policy for private and semi-private bookings. Late cancellations and/or no shows for class will be charged in full for that session. For example if you’re on a 10-class package you’d forfeit one of your credits. Regardless if you’re on an Unlimited Barre/Mat package, you will be charged the full drop-in rate for that class. We do not offer refunds on any purchase. Nova Core operates on a 3-strike policy. If a client has three late cancellations and/or three no shows without paying the penalty fee, Nova Core has the authority to block the client’s account. Up until outstanding cancellation fees are settled the client would not be able to book sessions at Nova Core. Sessions are not transferrable to any other person. Should you decide that your time at the studio has come to an end, please note that any unused sessions on your account must be used up before you leave. As the studio has a “’no refunds’’ policy, unused credits/sessions will be forfeited.
