Nova Core has a 12 hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24 hour cancellation policy for private and semi-private bookings.

Late cancellations and/or no shows for class will be charged in full for that session. For example if you’re on a 10-class package you’d forfeit one of your credits. Regardless if you’re on a Unlimited Barre/Mat package, you will be charged the full drop-in rate for that class.    

We do not offer refunds on any purchase.Nova Core operates on a 3-strike policy.

If a client has three late cancellations and/or three no shows without paying the penalty fee, Nova Core has the authority to block the client’s account.

Up until outstanding cancellation fees are settled the client would not be able to book sessions at Nova Core.Group classes are sold in single units or packages. 

Sessions are not transferrable to any other person.

Should you decide that your time at the studio has come to an end, please note that any unused sessions on your account must be used up before you leave. As the studio has a “’no refunds’’ policy, unused credits/sessions will be forfeited. 

At Nova Core we respect and acknowledge all our clients’ beliefs, values and religious practices.

We ask you to please take religious holidays and fasting into consideration when buying packages, as the studio does not offer extensions or refunds on packages.

We’d like to avoid disappointment because of lost sessions at all cost.
