Spring Awakening: sail into Spring and awaken your senses through the power of Sound meditation. Join us on Thursday, 12 September 2024 at 7:00pm for a sound bath experience at Nova Core. The Sound Bath will be hosted by certified coach and sound alchemist, Sabrina Patricia. Sound healing is an extraordinary sound and meditative experience for the mind, body and soul. The frequencies allow you to experience a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation as well as energising you in all your being.
As we are approaching Spring, we would like to offer this sound experience as a chance to awaken our senses and behaviour patterns through sound. Amidst the chaos and hustle of our lives, this is an opportunity to reboot our systems and leap into the remainder of the year with a refreshened mindset.
