MOTHER'S DAY AT NOVA CORE | SUNDAY, 10 MAY 2026 Our morning will consist of a Mat Pilates class followed by a harvest table with snacks and drinks. This is the perfect way to start your day and celebrate the mother figure in your life! The Pilates class is suitable for all levels. You don't need to have any prior experience or be at a certain fitness level to participate. Time: class starts at 9:00am (doors open at 8:30am) Date: Sunday, 10 May 2026 Location: Nova Core, 47 De Villiers Street, Zonnebloem Cost: R350 per person Bookings are essential.
