Mid-year reset through sound healing and meditation. Join us on Thursday, 11 July 2024 at 7:00pm for a sound bath experience at Nova Core. The Sound Bath will be hosted by certified coach and sound alchemist, Sabrina Patricia. Sound healing is an extraordinary sound and meditative experience for the mind, body and soul. The frequencies allow you to experience a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation as well as energising you in all your being.
As we are mid-way through 2024, we would like to offer this sound experience as a chance to reset and realign our thought and behaviour patterns. Amidst the chaos and hustle of our lives, this is an opportunity to find a moment of stillness and clarity to revitalise you for the remainder of the year ahead.
